Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2025 · Last updated October 27, 2026

EducatorBrain — managed AI knowledge-base workspaces. These terms govern your use of the EducatorBrain service. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

EducatorBrain provides AI-assisted chat using content available in each workspace. A demonstration featuring an educator's content does not by itself mean that the educator operates, endorses or is affiliated with the service.

Accounts and access

You may need an account or an invitation to use a workspace. Keep your credentials safe and do not share access with others. Access may be managed, restricted or revoked by EducatorBrain or an authorized workspace administrator.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, extract content at scale, circumvent access limits, or use it to create unlawful or harmful material. We may suspend access for misuse.

Content and AI answers

Answers are generated by AI and may draw on workspace sources. They can be incomplete or wrong — verify anything important before relying on them. Your own content remains yours; you grant the service the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.

Operator and contact

This service is operated by Samir Hadi (Samir Hadi (Independent)). Questions or requests about this document: samirxhadi@gmail.com
