This policy explains what personal data EducatorBrain collects when you use its AI chat workspaces and website, and how that data is used.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
  • Chat content: messages and files you send in a workspace, so conversations can work and be resumed.
  • Website requests: if you submit the public "See it on your content" form: the name, email, content and website addresses, and optional X account you provide.
  • Usage data: basic usage counts needed to operate and support the service.

How we use data

Data is used to operate your workspace, generate answers grounded in the educator's sources, deliver requested workspaces, and provide support. We do not sell personal data. Website form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and reviewed manually to prepare and deliver your workspace. Chat messages and relevant workspace content are processed by AI providers to run the chat service.

Sharing

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, data storage and AI processing. Authorized workspace administrators may access information made available to their role through workspace features; appearing in a demo does not itself give an educator access to your information. We may also disclose information where legally required.

Retention

We retain account, chat and website-request data as needed to provide the service, fulfil requests and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion using the contact address below; necessary legal retention may limit what we can remove.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.
